In conjunction with South Eastern Regional College (SERC) and City & Guilds staff at Pinkertons, through a fully funded scholarship programme, are encouraged to invest in themselves and their career by furthering their education by combining twice weekly lectures with home study over a year period.
Roisin started her estate agency career with Pinkertons in early 2015 and normally students who enrol for this award would have a few years’ experience behind them. Branch Manager Chris Sharp said “We knew Roisin’s determination and commitment coupled with the support Pinkertons would provide during her study wouldn’t hamper her achieving a top grade but for Roisin to be at the level this award demands within a year of starting her Estate Agency career proves to us, as her employer that we have a fantastic team member who has a bright future in Estate Agency ahead of her”.
